Story: My patch explores the idea of women sowing seeds to create. All life comes from seeds and there are women worldwide who create gardens to feed, nourish and sustain families and in doing so create beauty and new life. The sycamore seed is persistent, tenacious and travels with the wind to populate new corners. I have used it as a symbol of strength and creativity.
